By implementing new workflows, art guidelines, consistent project management, and more effective pre-production, we reduced video creation time by 40%. I worked with a team of three artists and four motion graphics animators to streamline the production process without compromising quality.

By combining and reworking existing assets, we were able to increase efficiency and productivity.

New assets were created with flexibility in mind. A process for working files was designed to ease future edits from artists and optimize the final import into After Effects.
